1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilboss ("jilboss", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jilboss.club. By accessing or using any part of the jilboss platform — including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game, or claiming any bonus — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one (1) jilboss account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. jilboss is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilboss login credentials. jilboss will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or any third party who has accessed your credentials — is your sole responsibility.
3.4 KYC Verification
jilboss is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence), a selfie with the ID, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by jilboss are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions as detailed in the respective promotion's terms at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:
- Bonuses must be claimed within the specified eligibility window — expired bonuses cannot be retroactively applied.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the jilboss platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to those providers' individual game rules. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published and independently verified. jilboss does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or payment processing failure — jilboss's decisions regarding the outcome of affected game rounds are final. jilboss will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly but cannot guarantee restitution of interrupted game sessions.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
- Operating more than one jilboss account.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage — any such gains will be reversed.
- Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine law.
- Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilboss staff or other players via the platform's communication features.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the jilboss platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and design elements — is the property of jilboss or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jilboss content without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilboss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. jilboss's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising in connection with the platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's jilboss account at the time the claim arose.
jilboss does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond jilboss's reasonable control (including force majeure events, PAGCOR directives, or infrastructure failures) may result in temporary unavailability.
10. Account Suspension and Closure
jilboss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:
- A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
- A player's identity or age cannot be verified to jilboss's satisfaction.
- Suspicious financial activity is detected in the account.
- A regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority requires action.
- A player requests self-exclusion under jilboss's Responsible Gaming policy.
Upon permanent account closure for Terms violations, jilboss reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and retain funds reasonably believed to be proceeds of prohibited conduct, pending investigation. Funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Responsible Gaming
jilboss is committed to responsible gaming. All players are encouraged to use the deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools available in the account dashboard. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilboss platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
14. Amendments to These Terms
jilboss reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jilboss platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
